We offer standard & priority shipping with  USPS

Shipping Policy

At Queeny's Closet, we strive to ensure that your order is carefully packed and shipped in a timely manner. We use standard shipping methods to deliver your purchases with USPS. Our shipping costs are available at checkout. Shipments are typically shipped next business day and can take up to 5-7 business days.*Unforeseen weather delays may occur*

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Shipments or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be reshipped at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. Customers receive tracking information USPS with 48 hours after payments have been received and process. You may file a claim with USPS for missing items. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report. Please contact queenys.closet22@gmail.com if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.

Return &
Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Queeny's Closet. If you're not happy with your order, we'll gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 5 days of the original purchase for "Store Credit". 

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Credit will be issued via on invoice as "Store credit" minus the shipping fee. Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit.
Shoes must be returned in its original state ie: with or without box.DO NOT tape on original shoe box. Shoes returned that do not follow our policy will be subject to a $7.95 fee.
Items that are final sale (TIKTOK live Sales, POP Up events Live), smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, or have visible wear from being worn will not be accepted. These items will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense.
All returns are subject to denial or a 20% restock fee.
If ordering on Lives (TikTok) please be aware of your sizing as Queeny's Closet is not responsible for mistaking sizes.
All items are Final Sale including, headwear, earrings, and bodysuits. No exceptions, no exchanges.
