Queeny's Closet will hold orders for 24 hours. If you are unable to schedule your porch drop or porch pick up no worries you can always check back to see if the item is still available. All items are first come first serve to be fair for all shoppers.

Please note: Orders can take 24-48 hours after receiving payment for your merchandise.

Shipments are typically shipped next business day and can take up to 5-7 business days.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Shipments or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be reshipped at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. Customers receive tracking information USPS with 48 hours after payments have been received and process. You may file a claim with USPS for missing items. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report. Please contact queenys.closet22@gmail.com if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.
