Queeny's Closet gladly accepts returns for unwashed, unworn, unaltered products with tags attached for store credit only.

Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the date you received your shipment.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Credit will be issued via an invoice as "Store credit" minus the shipping fee.

Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit.

Shoes must be returned in its original state ie: with or without box.DO NOT tape on original shoe box. Shoes returned that do not follow our policy will be subject to a $7.95 fee.

Items that are final sale (TIKTOK live Sales, POP Up events Live), smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, or have visible wear from being worn will not be accepted. These items will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

All returns are subject to denial or a 20% restock fee.

If ordering on Lives (Tiktok) please be aware of your sizing as Queeny's Closet is not responsible for mistaking sizes.

All items are Final Sale including, headwear, earrings, and bodysuits. No exceptions, no exchanges.

If the product you are hoping for is in stock that item will show as available otherwise it will be directed as a return.

Please allow 1-5 business days for your return to be processed after the item has been returned to Queeny's Closet. Returning items and needing a new size will be subject to re shipping costs .AFTERPAY, SEZZLE CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: If there is an issue with an order and you wish to return, we will issue a store credit like we would upon receiving the item. You will finish out your payment plan since its directly through those payment account.
